Extended Service – “Client’s care” service for WBTServer
|
The service contains:
- Consulting and Service activities (once a month during the period of 12 months)
The consultant will be responsible for checking the functionality of the system at the Client’s office during the 12 months, once a month. The range of the consultant’s responsibilities:
- System updates, (in case of releasing a new version)
- System backups
- Revision of the system logs
- Possible corrections in the system configuration
- System security check (HDD free space, analysis of the hack attempts)
- Consultations concerning the further extension of the system
The price contains the travel fare, daily allowance and the accommodation costs.
